Return & Refund Policy

At PartsTPS, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms, procedures, and timelines for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.


 

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Remain in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Be in resellable condition

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval by PartsTPS before a refund or exchange is issued.


 

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns and exchanges require prior approval through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Before sending any item back, customers must contact our support team to obtain an RMA number.

Important requirements:

  • Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted
  • The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender

Refund Processing

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are generally processed within 72 hours
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective product or an error by PartsTPS.


 

Restocking Fees

PartsTPS does not charge a restocking fee when:

  • A defective item is received
  • An incorrect product was shipped by PartsTPS and reported within 30 days

All other approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.


 

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective, or
  • The return resulted from a PartsTPS fulfillment error

In approved cases involving defects or shipping mistakes, PartsTPS may reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses.


 

Exchanges

Customers who receive defective or incorrect products may request a replacement or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact customer support with your order details so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.


 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Product photos, if available

Our support team will review the situation and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or exchange.


 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If an order has already shipped, it will need to follow the standard return procedure outlined in this policy.
