Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted carriers, including:

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping option and destination:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.
- Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders submitted outside normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
- In the event of inventory shortages, payment verification issues, or unexpected delays, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship throughout:
- All 50 United States
At this time, we may not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Certain restricted or remote locations
Additional shipping destinations may be introduced in the future.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on factors such as:
- Package dimensions and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping speed
All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before your order is finalized.
From time to time, PartsTPS may also provide promotional shipping discounts or free shipping offers on qualifying products.
Tracking Information
Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipment confirmation email
- Carrier tracking details
Tracking information can be used directly on the carrier’s website to follow the progress of your delivery.
Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout.
PartsTPS cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences a major shipping delay, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected arrival.
Our team will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or other support when applicable.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. PartsTPS is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers may need to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be subject to shipping limitations due to:
- Carrier regulations
- Federal, state, or local laws
- Oversized or overweight package restrictions
